At the very beginning of the film, when we are looking at the TV screens in the shop, the window suddenly explodes, just as a man was walking past it.

You'll notice that when the explosion starts, the man just disappears! You don't see him getting blown off anywhere, so they obviously used different footage for the explosion, and it shows here.
