One of the major plot lines of the X-Files is the conspiracy to create alien/human hybrids. In the movie, the virus that is supposed to initiate this change is supposedly spread by the sting of honeybees. The bees recieve the genetic material necessary through their natural pollination activity in a field of genetically altered corn. The problem here is, BEES DON'T POLLINATE CORN! Corn is pollinated by the wind :)
