When Kaffee goes to Galloway's office for his "briefing" shortly after Division has assigned him the case, he sits down and is eating an apple. The shots in this scene are basically from two different angles, one shot of Tom Cruise from the front, and the other is over he shoulder to show Demi Moore's character.

As Kaffee brings the apple up and down to take bite, he is constantly changing hands. In a shot from one angle, he has the apple in the left hand, and then the perspective shifts to the second angle and Kaffee is holding the apple in his other hand.
