During the big fight scene in juvie ( the one when the guards are locked out of the rec area ) Sean Penn and Ricky Valenze's brother from La Bamba are on the floor, the camara scans the crowd of prisoners who are cheering them on, and a man with a big movie camara is filming the fight. He is obviously a movie crew photographer.
