When Vick is packing his things to leave on orders of the FBI, he walks into the bathroom to take some soaps and a toilet paper roll. You see him pick up the toilet paper roll, and hold it in his hand. The camera skips to the next shot and you see vick holding it in between his arms on the opposite arm. It was a quick switch on cameras, so you can see that he did not put it there himself, it was a slip-up.
