When Richie goes into the library to talk to Mike, he sits down in a chair...then Pennywise appears and so do many balloons. They pop and the thing is...when they popped in the peoples' faces, they either blinked or jumped, when THEY CAN'T SEE, HEAR, OR FEEL PENNYWISE OR HIS TRICKS!!! Is this a mistake or do these people have a sixth sense?
