In the episode where Doug Ross helps to give Ricky the overdose (sorry I don't remember what it was called) he goes into the room where Ricky's mother is sat with her dead son and the boy's left leg is obviously bent, but when they show Doug after the close up the boy's legs are straightened, so maybe they should hold up with the body bag!!!
