When Novalee is in the hospital and after putting Americus in the nursery and hearing about Lex's four kids, she runs into a TV crew wanting an interview. When Lex and Novalee are on the bed watching the interview on TV if you look closely to the TV they are watching you can see the camera crew for the movie in the background. It's only on the TV the second time they show it. You have to look close. Someone missed it in editing. Whoops! :)
