Naked Gun - "I Luv You"
During the grieving wife scene, Ed inspects the picture of "I Luv You" and comes to the conclusion that it came from Caracas (out of nowhere, but I realize that any plot device in such a satirical film is generally acceptable). Later in the film (maybe at the docks), Ed refers to the Panamanian ship. Though there may be a Caracas, Panama port that I am unfamiliar with, I believe that Ed initially refers to Caracas, Venezuela making this an undeniable though unimportant slip-up.
