At the beginning of the town meeting scene, you will see a shot of the hand written $3000 bounty sign posted in the hallway of the town hall. Watch moments later when the Mayor and the Newspaper man are talking in front of that same sign. It's a different sign than when you first saw it. Look closely at the printing.
