Matrix, The - No Ceiling?
In the lobby scene where Trinity does her spiffy little "run up the wall and backflip back down" maneuver you can see a gap in the ceiling at the very top of the screen near about the time she reaches her apex on the wall. I'm sure it was there for her wires, (She's not REALLY that athletic) but the point is that they didn't cover it up.
Special Requirements:
The movie. May have to be DVD.

Sigh... unfortunatley for any Slip-up hunters out there, almost every mistake on 'The Matrix' was edited out for the US Video/DVD release. Oh Well :|

Yep, I saw this one too, both times I saw the movie. It appeared to be the end of the set. But the bummer is that they digitally added it in the tape and dvd release.

You can still see the gaping hole in one of the movie clips downloadable from www.whatisthematrix.com! (at least it was when I downloaded the clip)
