At the end of the episode Guys and Dolls Matt and the female guest star are tied back to back and gagged with bandanas on a boat. Matt works his way loose and begins to untie them, lowering the girls gag so its hanging around her neck. Mitch then shows up and starts talking to the girl and the gag is gone. A few seconds later the camera goes back to her and the gags hanging around her neck again. I doubt if she would have wanted it back on.
