Okay, The Cigarette Smoking Man has taken Mulder out of the hospital and brought him to his new life, Mulder's whole dream thing. Anyway, right before Fowley enters, we see Mulder, who has taken the hospital gown off, but he still is handcuffed. It is not possible to remove clothes with your hands cuffed!!!
