Near the end of the film when Denzel Washington and his partner go to arrest Bruce Willis, there's a stand off between the fbi agents and the soldiers. Bruce calls out "Captain" and a guy wearing a black hat just behind Bruce raises his gun first before the other soldiers. A few minutes later when Bruce surrenders he says "Sergeant" and the same guy in the black hat lowers his gun first... was he demoted or something??
