When Ferris, Camaron, and Salone are in Camarons garage running the car backwards to "take miles off of it", you clearly see the tires in motion. A few scenes later, when they realize it is not working, you see Camaron move to the passenger side of the car. If you look at the tire, it is not moving. But you can still hear the car in the background.
