Cow And Chicken - Mr. Flour's Clothes
To see this, you must see part 1 and/or part 2 of, "The Ugliest Wenie." What happens is, in every scene, his clothes change! How do they change so fast? When Flem is standing right beside Wee Wee, Mr. Flour walks up to him and starts talking. Then It shows Mr. Flour talking to him again but he is in different. But its not just in that part, its in all of it. He just keeps on, and on, and on, and on, ect.

It's not a mistake; it's a joke that the creators put in for observant viewiers. If you watch carefully you can see that he keeps changing between the same two costumes.

All: Think about the time and work that goes into making an animated program! I think they put to "slip-ups" in there deliberately to see who catches them. I know the "Simpsons" does that and David Flues (sp), creator of Cow and Chicken, is too smart to mess up that much!
