Bring up the part in the end where neo does a huge back-flip to avoid being hit by the subway, which ends up hitting the agent. If you look closely at Neo's hands while he is flipping, you can see that he obviously grabbed onto the wires that were attached to him and the ceiling to help him flip/jump that high. If you have the DVD, pull up the Making of the Matrix and you can clearly see that he grabbed the wires (they aren't edited out in the Making of) that hoisted him into the air. Knowing of all the digital enhancement that went into making this movie, don't you think they could have edited his hands to not make it so obvious that he is grabbing the wires?
