1. Whatch the episode where B'Ellana and the doctor beam aboard the isomorph's ship.
2. When Seven says "I'm willing to explore my humanity...Tale off your cloths" you can see that before she says that, she is wearing a grey speckled outfit, and after Harry says "WHAT!" she is wearing a plain gray outfit.

If you will notice this isn't just in this episode that Seven's outfit goes sparkly and then not. It is just the lighting on the set.

I believe in this episode that Harry was daydreaming or delusional. Seven was wearing a different outfit in reality from the one in Harry's fantasy.
