If you pay attention to Milla's (Joan) hair during the whole movie, it starts blond and by the end of it it's dark brown...
I have no idea of why this hapeans, but maybe they ran out of yellow paint during the movie... ;-)

As human hair gets dirty it looks darker. In the beginning of the movie her hair is clean but as the movie goes on she has been in battle of course it is going to be dirty and therefor appear darker.

When hair is dirty it doesn't look that dark. I agree with the person that posted this slip-up. Her hair at the beginning of the movie and at the end are two completely, different colors.
