In the scene where they are racing, Cha-Cha gives Craterface a "lock of hair". Then it shows Frenchie and her friend talking, and you hear Frenchie's voice, but her lips don't move.
I thought it was Frenchie that said "What'd she give him?", to which Marty replied, "A lock of hair. From her chest."
If this is right, then Frenchie's lips definitely don't move, but it might have been Jan that said it, and it just sounded a bit like Frenchie.
