When Earl, Val and Rhonda are first trapped on the rocks (running from Graboid) Rhonda points out her truck to Earl and Val. You see the front end of the truck in the distance. But later when they pole-vault into the truck it is red. Unless Graboids have a flair for painting this is not the same truck as before. Oopsy...
The truck is red. When she points to it there is a glare from the sun which makes it look white but if you look closely at the side of the truck you can tell its red.
