If you go to the scene right after the flower mart, you will see Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer starting to get all hot and heavy. Michelle Pfeiffer takes off her shoes, and then in the next scene where Al Pacino is taking off his jacket, Michelle Pfeiffer's right shoe is back on.
