At the point in the movie when the man from PG&E visits Erin and Ed, there is a pile of papers on the table between them, right in the middle. The angle then changes to Ed and Erin, but when it turns back to the man, the papers are right in front of him. The next time we come back to him, they have moved to the middle. You can't say he moved them, as his hands are cleary under the desk the whole time.
