In the scene where Bandit was gassing up at that truck stop, and after he gets through talking to Sheriff Justice over the C.B., Bandit speeds off and then Sheriff Justice sees him. Well, when Sheriff Justice drives off while his car is still on the jack, he just runs into the red car in front of him and pushes it aside. When the camera goes back to showing what had happened, the wrecked Sheriff cruiser is now on top of and smashing the rear part of the red car that he only ran into earlier.
