This is the episode when they do the TV special musical for the show and Ren dreams about going to school and everyone is singing. Well, during 6th period, they show some of the same back up dancers in two different classes during the same period. I think that's a pretty big mistake!
I agree with Andy. It's just a dream. Lots of weird stuff can happen in dreams. Last time I checked, no one at my school suddenly burst into song on random occation either.
