When Indy, Willie, and Short Round are in India, and they are being fed as Indy finds out about the missing rock, Willie refuses some of the food and offers it to a local. Indy starts:

"Kate... You're insulting them and you're embarrassing me. Eat it." Except that Kate was the name of the actress - Kate Capshaw. The character was called Willie. Indy realises his mistake just as he makes it and cuts himself off early, so he really only gets out: "Kat..."

He should have mentioned his mistake after the shot, but oh no - instead they put it in the film!
