Rocket Power - Otto or Sam?
Ok in the episode of Rocket Power called the Blader Bowl, the one where Mad Town skate park opens a new bowl for rollerbladers, Sam mistakenly gets the credit for Otto's moves on the local news. That isnt the slip-up though, its part of the plot. So at the taping of another show on the Blader Bowl the news wants Sammy to perform again but he can't so he asks Otto to do it for him. Otto agrees and skates. However during the scene where Otto is skating in the bowl the animators look like they can' decide who the person is. It keeps going from Sammy's bald back of the head with little dots on it to Otto's clean-shaven back of the head. Not too major but kind of confusing if you are paying attention.

I think it's supposed to be confusing. People in Ocean Shores are supposed to think that it's Sammy, and I think we're supposed to see how much they really do look like eachother, and how easy it would be to believe that it was Sammy.

I believe Otto puts his hair like that so no one thinks it's him. I mean since everyone at Skatetown in every episode seems to know him, I think Otto's hair sticking out of the back of a helmet would be very hard to miss.
