Spongebob Squarepants - Black Tie?
In the episode Sponge Bob and Patrick take care of the baby oyster (well only Sponge Bob takes care of it), if you keep watching where Patrick keeps coming home from "work" he keeps promising Sponge Bob a day off. If you look closely in one of those scenes Sponge Bob's tie is black.

Also, in the episode where Mrs. Puff goes to jail, at the beginning of the scene where she drinks the water, her jail hat changes to black for a split second.

Not that it's really that relevant, but if you watch the old Scooby-Doo show, a lot of times during an episode, Scooby's nose will change from black to brown. Just thought I'd let you know...
