Jurassic Park III - Automatic Phone Ringer
It's the part where the Spinosauras attacks them on the boat. Doctor Grant grabs the satelite phone and calls Elly but her little boy answers the phone. By time Elly answers the phone Doctor Grant has dropped the phone but it doesn't hang up. So Elly calls again and it rings.

Not true. When Alan drops the phone it hangs up. You hear it beep as it hits the boat. Giving Ellie an free line to call back. I know this movie better than any other and I guarantee this.

i dont remember exactly what happened as to whether the phone turned off or not but if one person hangs up the phone disconnects and you can get a call through from there. ive dont this before.
