Star Trek: The Next Generation - Another Holodeck Slip-Up
In addition to the mistake of Data carrying a piece of holographic paper out of the holodeck, there is also a scene in an episode where Wesley Crusher gets himself wet in the holodeck. He then exits the holodeck and his clothes are still wet. Since holographic material can't leave the holodeck, his clothes should have instantly become dry once again.
