This slip takes place in the scene when the team first starts practicing in a "bobsled", still in Jamaica. They are practicing in a cart of some sort by going down a hill. In the run where they go out of control and hit a police car, you can clearly see one of the wheels fly off the cart in the scene. But when they get to the bottom (and hit the Police car), the cart magically has 4 wheels again.
