This is one of my favorite slip-ups of all time. It happens in the famous scene where Indiana Jones is escaping the giant falling boulder. If you look to the left of the screen as the boulder is rolling, you can clearly see a pole coming out of the side of the boulder. This one is pretty easy to see and it cracks me up every time!
