Wizard of Oz, The - Big Microphone & Weird Man
In the scene where the tin man is dancing, and the camera zooms back to Dorothy and the Scarecrow several times, at one point there is a fuzzy yellow thing in the corner (probably a microphone) that is leaning in on the scene.
The camera will zoom back to the tin man. When it comes back to Dorothy and the Scarecrow, you can see a man walk on in the corner for one second, then off again. Whoops!

hate to break it to ya, but both of those things are birds. the so called "fuzzy yello microphone" is actually a bird's head moving around. Also, the "man in the white t-shirt" is also a bird. They put these birds on the indoor set so they could fool the audience to believe it was an outdoor place. they fooled us alright! one of the birds was mistaken for a munchkin/staff member hanging himself in the backgound. look harder next time ;)

The rumor say that in the background of the Tin Man dance scenes you can see the shadow of a film crew member who hung himself. In reality, the shadow is one of the peacocks used to provide wildlife for these scenes.
