In the part right before Nick tries on all the woman's products, he goes out on the balcony of his apartment. Soon after this the camera shows the whole building and there is no balcony. The building is in a shape that can't have a balcony.
A later scene when he is entering his apartment shows the outside of the building with a window that has a light on. That one is his apartment and has a balcony.
