Lord of The Rings: Fellowship of The Ring - Where's Frodo?
Sam swims out to try to get to the boat Frodo is leaving on. He can't swim and begins to sink under the water. Frodo starts calling to him and there is a closeup of him. Then it cuts to a shot of Sam slipping under the water with Frodo's boat in the background, but Frodo's not in it! Where did he go?

He is there. Its just kind of hard to see him. Believe me, after you've seen it four times like me, you can see him!

Frodo is leaning over the other side of the boat looking were Sam went. He pops back up for a second before the shot goes to Sam. So it wasn't a slip up.

If you look closely, you can see Frodo bending over the right side of the boat.

I noticed this also, then the 2nd/3rd/4th time I saw it(i know I'm a loser) i noticed that actually when it looked like Frodo wasn't in the boat he was crouching. You can see his shoulder. Then he sits up and you see him again. Why he was crouching down in the boat i do not know, but he is there.

Well, if they showed a shot of Sam trying to swim to Frodo in his boat (which is already in the river), then a boat seen behind Sam is certainly not the one Frodo has taken. There were three boats, so it's very possible the boats in the background are the extras. Besides, why would Sam be swimming away from Frodo?
