Ok guys here goes...

In the final court scene (where Elle has taken over as lawyer), you will notice that the defendant is wearing a long gold earring which is on the outside of her hair. Throughout this whole scene, the earring goes from the front of the hair, to the inside, but more importantly; the defendants hair-style changes CONSTANTLY. One second its behind her left ear, next its covering the ear, next its not. And finally, as Elle realizes she has won the case, there is a CURL on the hair; makes no sense to me.
