In the scene where Brody discovers the remains of a body on the beach, some crabs are crawling all over the body. After the shot of Brody there's a cut to the shot of the body. At that moment you can see 2 or 3 crabs falling from the left side of the screen. Apparently, one of the crew members thought the body was screaming for some more seafood or he/she was just a little bit slow. Anyway, I would have cut this shot just a fraction shorter in the editing room ... or did they also have flying crabs in Amityville, apart from this one shark ?
