Start the movie and watch the first sceen. If you notice when the man is riding in the carriage he looks out the window to his left and can see the scarecrow. Then after his sons head is cut off, he looks out the window to his right. He jumps out the right window, and runs into the right field. Then runs into the same scarecrow. This being impossible considering the scarecrow was on the left and no two scarecrows can look exactly alike, or even very similar.
