Monsters, Inc. - Different Shoes?
When I first noticed this was in the blizzard scene. The two monsters are in the small cave talking to each other. The short green one eyed monster(Mike) is wearing two different colored shoes. Before the blizzard scene, when they were in the building, he wasn't wearing two different colors. When we first see Mike after the blizzard scene, you can see that he is not wearing shoes at all.

They're not shoes. If you look closely he's got mittens on every hand or foot. He's freezing without clothes.

Due to the fact that I have seen Monsters Inc about 6 times due to various circumstances, I put that slip-up to thought when I saw Monsters Inc for the 6th time. If you notice, even though he has shoes on one minute, than none the next, what happened was while Sully was looking for pieces to make up his slide to go out in the blizzard, Mike's shoes and gloves are scattered all over the floor around him. That means that he must have taken them off in rage while arguing with Sully. I know for a fact that Pixar are very particular in what they illustrate to the audience.

This is not a slip up. They are not shoes, but look more like oven mitts. He has just come into the Abominable Snowman's cave and is trying to warm up. He is shivering and has also put gloves over his ears and hands.
