Battle of the River Plate (by Dudley Pope) - Land-Locked Port
This book is about the pursuit of the German pocket batteleship Graf Spee during World War II.
On page 9 of the book, it states that the Graf Spee's supply ship, the Altmark, took on a load
of fuel at Port Arthur, New Mexico. New Mexico is land-locked, and Port Arthur is in Texas.
