When the first guy loses his head in after meeting Mr. Mutant, the rest of his body is left hanging down from a tree. It's found moments after the unpleasant encounter, yet no blood drips any part of the body, let alone the upper chest and shoulder region. This mutant must have the ability to clot his victims' blood instantly.
