In this classic crime thriller, James Woods (as the assassin Cleve) is steadily killing off each of the chief bag guy's killers for hire at a house party. The slip up occurs when he shoots one of the killers who is lying prone on a bed. Evidently, no one told the cameraman about what would happen (either that or he didn't read his script) because said cameraman gets an awful fright when the shot goes off and the camera jerks violently.
