Shrek - Magic Arrow in Shrek's Rear

Okay, you know the part where Princess Fiona notices the arrow in Shrek's rear? Well rewind a bit, the arrow was not there before. First of all, when the arrow hits the tree it never rebounds into Shrek's rear, it goes in the opposite direction. Even if by some mystical way it got into his rear, when he turns around to walk to the next scene there is no arrow.
