In the episode where Ross has to tell Rachel that Emily said he can't see her anymore, right before Rachel comes in, Ross puts an Alka-Seltzer in his water. The water gets foggy, and he says he has to go to the bathroom. When he comes back to the water, it's clear. Then, when Rachel comes into the Central Perk, and it shows the water again, it's foggy!
