Jurassic Park - Bring in the Double
When they all climb the latter near the end of the movie to get in the ceiling before the raptor gets them, the raptor pops up briefly before he gets a few swift kicks to the face. At the same time the little girl is on top of the same ceiling tile the raptor lifts up. So when he falls down and the girl almost goes with him, the girl looks up and if you pay very close attention you can tell that was the double of the little girl, and in a show called "The Making of Jurassic Park," the staff members even said so themselves.

It's obviously a stunt double--look at her arms, not the face. Lex's arms are suddenly quite muscular.

It's a slip up because the stunt double wasn't supposed to look up (you aren't supposed to see stunt doubles' faces close up). So they digitally put the girls face over her stunt double rather then do the seen again because of such a minor problem. And yes, it was in the Making of Jurassic Park.

Well if the stunt double wasn't meant to look up, she wouldn't have. And even if she did, they would have done it again until it was right!

Actually, it was not only on the Making of Jurassic Park, it was also brought up on the Today Show when the kids came to talk about the movie. Another so called slip-up was brought up when the boy slipped on the ice in the freezer and fell the wrong way INTO the raptor...

Actually, it is the girl. They just replaced her closed mouth with a wide opened and more terrified one.
