In the episode of "Lady Luck", Grandpa (Lou Pickles) is playing Bingo and has not even placed one chip down on the Bingo card. Towards the end (where Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil think they found "Lady Luck") the caller calls for O7 and Grandpa puts it in the "I" row, and at a glance of the card you can see he already has a Bingo (but he thinks he really didn't and didn't call it yet). The second time the caller calls for B12 and once again Grandpa puts it in "I" row.
