After Doctor Chamberlain sees Herman Kaplan with a gunshot wound in his arm he leads the injured man off to another carriage to treat him. At first Kaplan has his jacket off his shoulder while the doctor gets his stuff ready. Then in the next shot the jacket is back on Kaplan’s shoulder again.
