Hannibal - Paul Reads the Wrong Thing
In the scene where Clarice is called in because Paul Krendler found a "love note" from Dr. Lecter, Paul begins reading it. If you look closely (i saw this on my DVD) and pause when the camera flashes to the note you can see at the end that it says "Sounds like him to me" which makes no sense. It shouldn't even be written there.

I didn't notice that the first time I watched it... but if that's true, I guess Ray Liotta couldn't remember that last line or something, because that's what he says after reading the letter.
