Watch the episode where Dee Dee and Dexter get their code sheets from the cereal boxes mixed up. When Dexter is in the Action Hank headquarters place he is wearing the pink tutu. When they go to rescue Dee Dee from the ponies there is a shot of all the Action Hank people and Dexter is wearing his normal clothes. Then at the end of the episode Dexter is talking to Dee Dee and he is wearing the tutu again!!
