Jurassic Park - The Disappearing Land
In the scene where the T-rex comes out of his fenced in area and attacks the car (Tim and Lex inside), he (T-Rex) walks out of the fence onto the road. The side of the fence the T-Rex was on was flat ground. Later, when Grant climbs over with Lex to get Tim, the T_Rex's side of the fence is a cement cliff. (High voltage fences missing too.) One minute it was flat ground, another minute it is a cliff... How could anyone have missed that!!!

I don't think Spielberg did miss it. This inaccuracy was intentional and so doesn't meet the criteria for this site.
